Rough stone.

Staurolite, stone of the cross, fairy stone. Carried or worn, it protects against adversity. It gives awareness and inner freedom. Makes you feel confident. It can be of great help for grounding and protection, in fact it is used to help ground people who "fly away" from the earthly world and who live in their fantasy realms. Also used to treat stress (symptoms related to the lack of rooting) and fights fatigue.
