We source our materials directly from their origin, ensuring reliability and quality control. We do not issue official gemological certificates. For this type of certification, it is necessary to contact specialized gemological institutes, which carry out analyses using dedicated instruments. These certifications are generally required for gemstones, cabochons, or faceted stones, where the cost of analysis is justified, while they are not typically provided for minerals, geodes, or more common materials. For this reason, choosing the right supplier is essential: our experience and direct sourcing are our main guarantee.

Yes, the item you will receive corresponds to the one photographed except for multiple products whose photograph is only representative.

The measures are expressed in centimeters, the weights in kilograms or grams. For greater clarity, we include a photograph with measurement references for most of the products. Repay

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. However, returns are not accepted if, prior to purchase, you requested and received additional photos or videos specifically made to show every detail of the product. Likewise, returns are not possible for items that have been modified or customized upon request (for example, custom sizes, settings, or tailored work).

If you receive a package that is clearly damaged externally, we recommend accepting the delivery with reservation and noting it on the courier’s delivery slip, as well as taking photos of the package before opening it. Please report the issue immediately via email (store@didoni.com) or WhatsApp (+39 3804669383), attaching photos of the damage. We will provide you with the correct procedure to replace or refund the product.

The return can be made using any courier or postal service of your choice. Shipping and packaging costs are always borne by the customer. Please return the items intact, in their original condition, and with appropriate packaging.

For payments made by credit card or PayPal, a full or partial refund will be processed automatically the day after we receive the returned items, following verification of their condition. For purchases made via cash on delivery or bank transfer, the refund will be issued by bank transfer within one week of receiving the shipment at our warehouse. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging, as well as shipping costs for the return, will not be refunded. The cash-on-delivery fee is non-refundable, as it is a service already provided. Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized items (for example, drilled stones, custom-sized objects, or specially made products) nor for items for which detailed photos or videos were provided upon request before purchase.

Resellers

Yes, our company also sells to wholesalers and retailers with special conditions tailored for them. Registration in the “Resellers” area is reserved for industry professionals with a VAT number, including mineral shops, wellness and holistic centers, jewelry stores, spas and perfumeries, gift shops, bookstores, stationery stores, and design or home decor outlets. The minimum order for resellers starts at €250 net, excluding shipping costs. If you fall into one of these categories but do not reach the minimum order, please contact us—we will be happy to work with you to find the most suitable solution for your current purchasing needs.
