Agate slices

A magnificent selection of agate slices of different sizes and colors. The natural color of agates is varied, in fact there are gray, whitish, red-brown agates, alternating with zones or streaks of one or more colors. Inside they may have geodes with quartz crystals. The natural coloring substance is generally iron in the form of oxide or hydroxide. The brightly colored agate slices such as fuchsia, purple, green, blue, black are artificially dyed. Agate slices can be used to decorate the table as coasters as well as agate placeholders.
