General Wholesale Sales Conditions
The offer and sale of products on the website www.store.didoni.it are governed by these General Sales Conditions. Accessing and using this website implies the reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Conditions.
1. Customer Type
This section does not allow sales to private customers. Therefore, "WHOLESALE" prices and sales conditions are reserved for sector retailers with a VAT number and not for private customers or non-industry operators.
2. Products
The photographs of multiple products are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent the actual items shipped. Upon request, we can send a photo of the selected products before finalizing the order. Since these are natural materials, shapes, colors, and sizes may vary. The natural characteristics of stones and crystals (such as cracks, inclusions, or color inconsistencies) are not considered product defects.
3. Orders
Orders are considered accepted upon receipt of our order confirmation, indicating the actual availability of the items. Changes, modifications, or additions will only be accepted in writing via email to info@didoni.com.
4. Minimum Order
The minimum order amount for wholesale orders is 250 euros, excluding VAT and transportation.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 2 to 3 days after payment is received, except during closure periods.
6. Payments
For wholesale orders, we only accept prepayment: bank transfer or credit card.
7. Shipping and Delivery
The delivery cost is not included in the prices listed. Shipping starts from 15 euros and includes our standard packaging, made with protective padding (we minimize the use of plastic). The actual shipping cost will be communicated with the final order confirmation.
8. Price
The prices indicated in the price lists refer only to the product and exclude VAT, transportation, special packaging, as well as any taxes, duties, additional charges, and any insurance costs.
9. Returns
For wholesale orders, returns are accepted only if the delivered goods are damaged or the wrong product was sent. Returns are not accepted for customized products (e.g., drilling or special requests). Exchanges are made only for broken or damaged items. Defects must be reported promptly with photographic documentation via email to info@didoni.com.
The customer must check the integrity and number of packages upon delivery. In case of anomalies, the shipment should be accepted "subject to inspection," specifying the reason (e.g., damaged or missing package), and communication must be sent to info@didoni.com within 24 hours of receipt. For replacements of non-compliant goods, the communication must be sent within 14 days from the date of the sales document. We will provide return instructions.
